nginx 操作，啟動、停止、重啟

查看nginx進程看看有沒有啟動，并可以查看進程ID

停止nginx，其實就是殺掉進程，但是要注意不能用kill -9 進程id，因為nginx啟動時有子進程，所以要用下面方式殺死
